OUR GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to sales made between Le Petit Hotel, 18 Avenue Fauconnet, 13210 Saint Rémy de Provence, and the client.

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSIT

Upon reservation, a 30% deposit of the stay is collected.
The rates communicated are public, in €, inclusive of taxes and services, except for the tourist tax which will be paid on site. The amount of the tourist tax is subject to change depending on the legal provisions that may be adopted. The packaged breakfast rate consists of indivisible and non-refundable elements in case of non-use. The price of the room(s) granted at the time of booking and paid by the client is the final rate. The client cannot claim a change in the rate on their confirmed reservation in the event of subsequent promotions offered by the establishment via its booking service, website, or other partner sites. Any reservation will be confirmed after the receipt of an initial deposit, and the balance is due upon the client's arrival according to the following conditions:

MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION OF STAY

The client can modify or cancel their reservation free of charge up to 20 days before the arrival date, and their deposit will be refunded.
Up to the day before their arrival, the client may cancel their stay and will be liable for the 30% already paid.

Interruption of Stay and Unused Services
Any stay interrupted by the client or any reserved and unused services due to the client, for any reason whatsoever, including medical and force majeure reasons, will not be refunded.

Cancellation and Modification by the Client
In case of a "no-show" or if the client is unable to arrive on the scheduled day, the charges will amount to 100% of the nights concerned.
We advise clients to take out insurance covering cancellation fees with their insurance company.

Cancellation by the Hotelier
The reservation contract may be terminated automatically by the hotelier, without entitling the clients to any damages, in case of an event constituting force majeure, or in case of inability to operate the hotel. Deposits paid by the client will be refunded.

STAY CONDITIONS & LIABILITY

Upon reservation, the number of people – adults and children – occupying the room, as well as the names and surnames of each person, will be requested. Under no circumstances may the number of people exceed the maximum capacity of the room.
Pets are allowed as long as they are kept on a leash or in a cage in common areas. An additional fee for pets must be paid upon reservation or upon arrival at the hotel. In any case, the hotel reserves the right to refuse an animal it considers dangerous or whose behavior may disturb the peace and comfort of the guests.
Arrival and departure times must be respected, failing which the client will be subject to additional charges corresponding to the rate of an additional night.

Check-out: 11:00 AM


Extras consumed by clients must be paid on the day of departure by credit card or in cash at the reception.
The Client agrees to respect private or common areas and will be held responsible for any damage caused by them. Any behavior contrary to good morals and public order will prompt the hotel management to ask the Client to leave the establishment without any compensation or refund.

A set of rules is available within the establishment, and we thank you for familiarizing yourself with it and adhering to it.
